What is iTranscends? iTranscends is a wellness technology platform. We create special sound frequencies (called Morphic-Fractal Tones) and a small device called the Pulse-Point to help you feel calm, focused, and balanced.

Is this a medical device? No. Our products are designed for general wellness, relaxation, and focus. They are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions.


The iTranscend Pulse-Point (Hardware)

What does the Pulse-Point actually do? Think of it as a "silent speaker" for your body. It is a small, 1.5-inch device that you place on your pulse points (like your wrist). It turns our special audio into gentle, soothing vibrations that you feel rather than just hear.

How do I use it? It’s simple! Just plug the Pulse-Point into your phone or audio player using the 3.5mm jack, play your iTranscend audio series, and place the device on your skin. You will feel a soft, rhythmic pulsing.

Do I need headphones to use it? You don’t need them, but you can use them if you like! The Pulse-Point works independently to give you a "silent" experience, which is great if you want to relax without wearing bulky headphones.


Morphic-Fractal Audio (Digital)

What are "Morphic-Fractal" tones? Most relaxation music is just simple sounds. Our tones are mathematically designed to mimic the patterns found in nature (like the way a tree branches or a snowflake forms). Because your body recognizes these "fractal" patterns, the sounds help you relax more deeply and quickly.

How do I get my audio files? After you purchase a series (like our iReset or iMetabolic series), you will receive an instant download link in your email. You can play these files on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

How long does shipping take?

  • Digital Audio: Instant! You get it in your email right after payment.

  • Pulse-Point Hardware: We usually ship within 2–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Can I get a refund?

  • Digital Audio: Since digital files cannot be "returned," all audio sales are final.

  • Pulse-Point Hardware: We offer a 14-day return policy for the device if it is unused and in its original packaging.
